Introduced to the project by Des McDonald (restaurant consultant) and Shikin Amain (project management) from Tricon Food Services, Technical Services took great pleasure in working with the Rosewood Hotel, an exclusive five star hotel in Covent Garden.
Overseen by Berkeley Projects who installed the periphery kitchen, Technical Services were the chosen supplier of the central cooking island, of which we installed our quality ADISA brand. Installed in 2013, the robust equipment continues to look fresh today and provide the modern kitchen a busy restaurant requires.
