The above quote from Technical Services MD Andrew Parton highlights how much enjoyment the company took from working on the ventilation and kitchen installment for Tramontana Brindisa, a new restaurant in Shoreditch.

Technical Services is the exclusive UK-distributor for the ADISA range of kitchens that feature in the restaurant and every ADISA kitchen Technical Services install is custom built to the client’s exact specification.

For Brindisa, this custom build meant creating a long steel Kitchen Bar and open servery. Technical Services installed tailored lighting and ventilation canopies. The air conditioning was positioned to keep the air cycled and the aroma of the restaurant fresh and not overbearing.

With customised ovens, hobs, cooking and preparation areas – the Kitchen Bar and open servery produced by Technical Services is the focal point of the restaurant.
