Formed in 1986, Technical Services is an established heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor with great experience in catering and leisure operations. We cover London, Midlands and the home counties.
Building services
We design, manufacture, install and service environmental mechanical and electrical systems, as a single package or as a design and build contract.

The complete package from freezer cold rooms to chilled cabinets and equipment.
Air-conditioning
The design, installation and maintenance of air-conditioning systems for demanding environments. We also advise on noise, vibration, energy use and efficiency to create the most appropriate system for each location.
Mechanical services
Responsive systems for the movement of air and water, including pumps, radiators, cold water tanks, ventilation canopies, extraction fans and ductwork.
Electrical services
Installation and maintenance of whole networks, from wiring and control panels, switchboards, generators and UPS systems to lighting and fire controls.
