Andy Kress has in excess of 30 years catering experience under such greats as Anton Mosimann and Mark Hix, having been an Executive chef and a Sous chef as well as the Operations Director of Caprice Holdings. Andy has the unique combination of hands on restaurant experience combined with a natural ability to design the perfect professional kitchen.
