Andy Parton - Director

Andy is the founding Director of Technical Services and is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the business. Andy has worked in the refrigeration and heating, ventilating and air-conditioning industry since 1978 and has built up a vast range of knowledge that enables him and his team to offer both practical and innovative solutions to client’s problems.

In addition to his engineering skills, Andy has an extensive network of contacts among suppliers, sub-contractors and equipment manufacturers. This means clients receive the service and people best suited for each job.

Andy and Matthew Haines, fellow Director oversee many of the larger projects as well as monitoring the performance and progress of other jobs.

Matthew Haines – Director

Matthew is the longest serving member of the team having been with Technical Services for 23 years. Matthew joined the company at 18 and learnt all aspects of the business, soon becoming a firm favourite with customers.

He enhances all aspects of the companies mechanical services work with his global overview of the industry.

Mark Beckett – Design Engineer/Director

Technical Services can offer clients design as well as installation to save time and money. Mark manages the design function and produces drawings for every stage of the process, from planning to working drawings for reference on site. He works closely with the clients design team, often taking a building from A1 to A3 usage.

As a building services consultant he is often asked to consider a building for change of use.

Engineers

Technical Services employ a team of fully qualified engineers to undertake all of the company’s business operations from reactive service and maintenance through to installation of major plant. We are extremely proud of our loyal, polite, conscientious, hard working and friendly engineers. Each engineer is mentored by Andy Parton and Matthew Haines thereby gaining from their wealth of experience and valuable advice for the benefit of our customers and clients.

Head Office

We are very proud of our dedicated office based team at Technical Services’. They are headed up by Christine Parton, who started the business together with Andy back in 1986.

They fulfil a numerous range of valuable functions including contract administration, reactive service and maintenance appointments, sales, marketing and accounts. Our friendly team will always go the extra mile to help resolve problems and issues.

We also work with a few carefully selected companies like IBA-UK, our Health and Safety consultants.
